We want you to be fully satisfied with your DIY microphone projects and audio gear. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all components, PCBs, and hardware are included and protected from static or physical damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it via a trackable carrier to our returns department for processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
